  • Numerous first chair jury trials in both federal and state courts, including sex, age, and race discrimination; ADA; ADEA; state law tort claims; and claims of wrongful discharge for filing worker's compensation claims, as well as bench trials
  • Advise corporate clients on employment issues, including management training
  • Negotiate and draft employment contracts
  • Review and draft severance agreements
  • Review and draft company policy handbooks
  • Respond to EEOC claims and claims for unemployment benefits
